In a chaotic world, a delusional psychiatric patient named James Flynn believes he is an international super spy, despite having retired to Switzerland with his love. When a beautiful Russian sleeper agent in California seeks to defect and specifically requests Flynn's involvement, he is drawn back into the fray.
