Cass, Lex, and Nicholas, known as the Bubble Street Gang, are on a mission to solve mysteries and tackle the challenges posed by a new Neighbourhood Watch program instigated by the Residents' Association. Frustrated by the new rules restricting their street play, Cass also stumbles upon an intriguing old diary during a car boot sale, which hints at past bullying on the bus and a notorious prank against the drama kids.
