Garm, trained as a member of the enigmatic Quadrad organization, sets out to prove herself in a vast galaxy that challenges her elite upbringing. Unlike many of her peers, who are revealed to be unsuccessful, Garm is resolute in becoming the most formidable agent of change. With a crew of misfits aboard her dilapidated pleasure cruise ship, the Summer Dream Adventure, she navigates a perilous world where she is hunted by the very government that aims to dismantle her organization's legendary status.
