Detective Mike Palazzola of Detroit’s Third Precinct is disillusioned with the judicial system after witnessing numerous criminals evade justice. His world is turned upside down when he discovers the secretive Malizia Society, known as "The Archangels," who enact their own form of retribution against unpunished offenders. As Palazzola investigates the increasingly violent actions of this clandestine group, tensions rise with the FBI stepping in, determined to dismantle the society before they can eliminate anyone threatening their secret.
