The Promised Land

Ex-cop Bierce, imprisoned for over twenty years for the murders of his wife and son, has no memory of the incident and questions his own innocence. Just before his execution, he is unexpectedly released and joins forces with the determined Alice Loong, who is searching for answers about her mother’s death on the same day in 1983. As they confront unknown adversaries who believe Bierce harbors secrets, the duo races against time to unravel the truth behind their intertwined tragedies.
