In a world unraveled by civil unrest and societal collapse, Warren, a self-centered and pragmatic man, navigates the chaos of a post-infection landscape on the southern coast, making difficult choices to survive. Despite his unlikable nature and self-doubt, his desire to stay alive drives him through encounters with infected and resurrected threats, as well as moral dilemmas that challenge his outlook.
