In 1912, aboard the ill-fated RMS Titanic, Nabiha “Bea” Nohra is on her way to America to secure a better future for her family in Lebanon, while heiress Marguerite Ashby is returning to celebrate her engagement to a British lord. After the Titanic sinks, Bea saves Marguerite’s life, and the two women inevitably unite in their quest to care for an orphaned baby boy. Together, they form a committee to support survivors and locate the child's relatives, navigating the challenges of New York society and their personal struggles in the aftermath of the tragedy. As they face deception and uncertainty, their fight for acceptance and survival takes on new meaning amidst the looming pressures of societal expectations.
