As war looms, Griffin must navigate a perilous mission to rescue someone dear to him, taken by the enemy. Entering hostile territory, he confronts old grudges and legendary monsters while racing against time. To stop the redwings and save both mankind and dragonkind, Griffin will ultimately have to face the depths of his own heart, discovering that the greatest dangers may lie within.
