Murder in the Park

In the first installment of the Oak Park village mystery series, set in June 1925, widow Elizabeth Fairchild navigates life in affluent Oak Park, Illinois, while forming a close friendship with antiques dealer Mr. Anthony. Her world is turned upside down when he is brutally murdered, leading her to investigate the motives behind the crime, including a mysterious customer and connections to local gangsters.
