Audrey Needham, a Bay Area interior designer, finds herself torn between her demanding career and her familial duty when her great-aunt requests help as her husband battles Alzheimer’s. Returning to her complicated hometown of Charity Falls, Oregon, she grapples with painful memories from her past, including the tragic death of her father. As she confronts her emotions and the deteriorating Sugar Pine Inn, Audrey unexpectedly forms connections that challenge her intentions and pull her back to her roots.
