Artist Celeste Cabot is excited to showcase her paintings at a craft fair in her hometown of Gatlinburg, Tennessee, accompanied by her Chihuahua, Van Gogh. However, her experience takes a strange turn when a customer returns a painting, claiming it’s haunted, and Celeste discovers hidden images in her artwork. As she encounters a ghostly visitor and becomes aware of her newfound psychic abilities, the stakes rise when the fair’s grumpy manager is found murdered, prompting Celeste to use her talents to uncover the truth and prevent an innocent person from being framed.
