The Dagger Dance

In 1793 England, Lady Ottilia and Lord Francis Fanshawe return from a holiday with a young orphan, Pertesia "Pretty" Brockhurst, who has recently lost her parents. Their nurturing home life is disrupted when Pretty's estranged grandfather arrives, threatening to take her away. Meanwhile, their footman Hemp Roy faces his own challenges as he seeks Lady Ottilia's help to save a woman from his past, accused of murder. As tensions rise, Ottilia must navigate these dilemmas while protecting the orphaned girl she has come to love.
