Smoke Wagon

In Brett Cogburn's post-Civil War railway thriller, "Ironhead Station," former New York City policeman and sharpshooter Morgan Clyde is hired to extend the MK&T Railroad into the lawless Indian Territory. Arriving at the hell-on-wheels construction camp, Clyde faces violent opposition from the rough-and-tumble locals who have already eliminated previous lawmen trying to bring order.
