The Devil’s Claw

In "The Devil's Claw," journalist Jennifer Dorey returns to her home in Guernsey following a traumatic experience in London, taking a position at a local newspaper. When she discovers a drowned woman on the beach, Jennifer teams up with DCI Michael Gilbert, an officer nearing retirement, to investigate a disturbing pattern of deaths linked to island myths and a hidden legacy involving a Nazi soldier's illegitimate son.
