In November 1943, as Stalin urges the Allies to open a second front in Europe, President Roosevelt and Prime Minister Churchill prepare for a crucial meeting in Tehran. Amidst this tense backdrop, Wild Bill Donovan, the head of the OSS, learns of an assassination plot targeting the Western leaders. He dispatches his top agent, Dick Canidy, to uncover the threat and prevent a disruption to this pivotal conference, uncertain whether the assassin is a Nazi or an Ally.
