After a failed assassination attempt on his twin brother, crime lord Justice embarks on a relentless quest for vengeance against those responsible. Facing a vast array of enemies, he hires an outside hit squad to eliminate the assassins, setting off a violent chain of events. As the streets become a battleground, a hidden group of vigilantes begins to target the hit squad, viewing their actions as part of a larger issue in the war against organized crime.
