Lethal Force

A new threat looms over the city as the Tri-State Scorpions from New Jersey aim to establish control. Recker and his team devise a plan to thwart them, but the situation intensifies when a Scorpion leader, wounded in a shootout with Haley, finds himself in the hospital where Mia works. When the Scorpions take over the facility, locking it down, Recker receives a troubling message about Mia's safety, prompting him to race against time to rescue her before danger strikes.
