After the Fall

In a post-apocalyptic world, John finds himself bound to Martok Barden, a struggling gray who has always treated him with respect. When Martok risks their bond for a dubious investment in a wilderness retreat, John becomes entangled in a dangerous web of underworld bosses, confrontational feral humans, and Martok's growing delusions. With a menacing presence in the woods claiming lives, John has only sixty days to reclaim his freedom while navigating threats from all sides.
