As he delves into their tragic story for an investigative documentary, he uncovers a web of illegal gang activities, hazardous pharmaceutical practices, and political corruption. Meanwhile, American businessman Carson Smith, who meets Tanaka by chance, develops a fascination with a young woman claiming to be the deceased actress.
