The Star of Camp Greene

In 1918 Charlotte, NC, Broadway star Calla Connolly faces unforeseen challenges after her fiancé's death during the war. While touring American training camps to honor his memory, she contracts the Spanish flu and inadvertently overhears a sensitive Army secret, resulting in her being confined to Camp Greene. As she performs for the soldiers and develops bonds with them, Calla finds herself torn between her growing feelings for the man who has trapped her in this situation and the potential consequences of her secret. Ultimately, she must grapple with the worth of her dreams and the possibility of an unexpected future.
