After establishing their new clubhouse, friends Scruggs, Jack, Penny, Annette, and Jean find themselves challenged by Eddy and his gang, who thrive on outsmarting the Hall of Heroes. Simultaneously, Jean takes on a community service project, helping the enigmatic Martha Jenkins, a reclusive woman living in a spooky house on a dark street.
