Sir Philip's Folly

At the Poor Relation Hotel, the arrival of the indolent Mrs. Budge disrupts the peace, as she refuses to contribute and mostly indulges in food, provoking the ire of Lady Fortescue. Meanwhile, a widow named Lady Carruthers and her daughter Arabella bring their own complications, as Lady Carruthers attempts to pass her daughter off as much younger while keeping her hidden. Amidst the chaos, the poor relations must navigate the challenges of managing Mrs. Budge and finding a suitable match for the beleaguered Arabella, all while contending with the whims of their eccentric guests.
