My Antonia

After losing his parents, Jim moves to Black Hawk, Nebraska, to live with his grandparents, where he forms a lasting friendship with Antonia, the daughter of Bohemian immigrants. Years later, now a successful lawyer in New York, Jim returns to his roots and to Antonia, whose own life has been marked by hardship.
