A New Life

Fran Meadows flees her troubled past in Michigan, seeking a fresh start and a tattoo artist job in Reno, Nevada, while living in her car and fearing her dangerous ex-husband's imminent release from prison. Detective Mackey 'Mac' Fitzgibbons is drawn to Fran and aims to help her, but her emotional barriers prove challenging. As Fran gradually opens up to Mac, a series of unsettling events shake her newfound stability and make her doubt her safety in Reno, prompting Mac to intervene and encourage her to stay.
