Fortress of the Damned

In "The Dark Heart of Winter," gunfighter Kit Barker embarks on a perilous quest spurred by a desperate plea from an old friend and a mysterious bloodstained box of salt. Joined by Navajo renegade John Swift-Runner, they traverse from the fiery streets of Chicago to a desolate whiskey fortress in Montana, only to uncover a chilling mystery.
