Strong Convictions

In 1876 San Antonio, a tragic accident haunts Emmett Strong, a talented pistolero, after he accidentally shoots his wife during a showdown. Five years later, he is propelled back into action when his brother is murdered, leading him to Nevada's Comstock country in pursuit of the killer. Along the way, Emmett encounters forbidden love with Li Xu, the daughter of Chinese immigrants, who mysteriously disappears alongside other young women. Faced with a choice between avenging his brother and rescuing Li Xu, Emmett must summon all his skill to navigate this dangerous and complex terrain.
