Piet Hoffmann, a former government agent, is on the run in Calí, Colombia, hiding from both the Polish drug mafia and the life sentence he narrowly escaped. As he juggles a dangerous double life—serving as a bodyguard and hit man for the Colombian cartel while simultaneously being recruited by the US DEA to infiltrate it—his precarious situation escalates when a US politician is kidnapped.
