The Little Ships

Newly commissioned lieutenant Alexis Carew joins HMS Shrewsbury, a 74-gun ship of the line in New London's space navy, anticipating action against Hanover. However, she soon discovers that her role is crucial in a Foreign Office scheme aimed at involving the French Republic in the war, with the goal of eliminating the Hanover threat once and for all.
