Selina Hastings (Countess of Huntingdon)

In the Evangelical Heroes series, authors Joel Beeke and Douglas Bond explore the lives of thirty influential evangelical leaders from the eighteenth to twentieth centuries, including figures like George Whitefield, Elisabeth Elliot, and J. Gresham Machen. These biographical sketches highlight their steadfast commitment to Scripture and the significance of Christ’s death and resurrection, even amidst growing liberalism in the Church. This collection aims to inspire contemporary believers by reflecting on the faithfulness of Christians from the past.
