In 1933 New York City, tensions escalate among rival families when Jacuzzi Splot's gang encroaches on the Gandor Family's territory. To safeguard their negotiator, Tick Jefferson, Luck Gandor hires a fierce young woman named Maria, who wields a katana alongside Tick's scissors, forming a deadly partnership.
