The Bitter Road

Colt Ballard, a talented professional team roper, struggles to overcome the emotional barriers stemming from his parents' tragic car accident in childhood. After being sidelined by the PRCA, he takes a summer job at a rodeo camp in New Mexico, guided by the advice of his late father's friend. Initially resistant, Colt confronts the challenges posed by camp owner Casey McIntire and discovers that the experience of helping others may lead to his own healing.
