The Groom

After the world-renowned racehorse Barbary Coast suffers a devastating injury at the Kentucky Derby, his groom and veterinarian, Sarah Fisher, devise a daring plan to save him. With artificial insemination banned in thoroughbred racing, they extract valuable semen samples and enlist the help of Jack Verducci, a mobster, for protection. However, when Jack's crew learns of the high-stakes situation, they are determined to claim the samples—and eliminate any witnesses. This sets off a thrilling, cross-country escape filled with tension and peril as Jack, the groom, and Sarah fight for their lives and the future of the horse.
