World War Zero

In the aftermath of the Normandy Beach invasion in June 1944, Special Forces 1st Sergeant John Ray and his squad are tasked with a critical reconnaissance mission in the French countryside to locate a new chemical weapon developed by German scientists. As they venture closer to the enemy front, they encounter a mysterious black cloud that engulfs the area, leaving their radio inoperable and cutting them off from command. The squad soon discovers that those affected by the gas are transformed into cannibalistic monsters, leading Ray and his men into an unexpected battle against this terrifying new threat in an unfolding conflict they never anticipated.
