In this darkly humorous and unsettling tale, three roommates in New York City navigate their everyday struggles, only to find their lives complicated by an intestine-eating demon named Sychar. Leni, a survivor of a childhood kidnapping, grapples with eerie reflections; Emerson, a former heart surgeon, is haunted by unsettling visions; and Jasper, a line cook with a troubled past, strives to keep their makeshift family intact.
