As the 20th century draws to a close, 27-year-old A&R man Steven Stelfox navigates the vibrant yet perilous landscape of London's music industry during the height of Britpop. Driven by ambition and excess, he travels the globe in pursuit of megahits, fueled by greed and copious amounts of cocaine. However, as the industry's dynamics shift and success slips away, Stelfox contemplates increasingly ruthless measures to revive his faltering career.
