The Fathers

In a bustling maternity ward, first-time father Dan, a successful TV writer, crosses paths with Jada, a small-time criminal welcoming his sixth child. Despite their contrasting backgrounds in Glasgow, both men find their ambitions ignited by the births of their sons—Dan seeks to write a novel, while Jada concocts a risky plan to escape his circumstances. However, when a tragedy strikes, their lives entwine in unexpected ways, threatening to lead them toward destruction.
