In a post-apocalyptic America ravaged by plague and nuclear devastation, black ops agent Chad Halverson and dress designer Victoria Brady seek refuge in a Nevada blast shelter. Forced to abandon their sanctuary, they join a group of mysterious fellow survivors on a treacherous journey to Washington, D.C., only to be kidnapped and taken to a secret bunker in Area 51. There, they uncover a vast conspiracy led by the son of a notorious war criminal, involving dark experiments and a horrifying plot for world domination, all while being pursued by hordes of flesh-eating creatures.
