Return of Bulldog Drummond

While visiting Merridale Hall, Captain Hugh 'Bulldog' Drummond's tranquility is disrupted when a panicked young man bursts in, pleading for assistance. Shortly thereafter, two warders arrive in pursuit of Morris, a notorious murderer who has escaped from Dartmoor, but Drummond quickly dismisses their claim. This raises the question of the young man's true identity and the nature of the trouble he’s in.
