Thirst for Justice

In "Thirst for Justice," lawyer and environmental activist David R. Boyd crafts a gripping political thriller that explores the psychological impact of a humanitarian crisis. The story follows Michael MacDougall, a disillusioned trauma surgeon whose life spirals after a devastating experience in the Congo. Haunted by his time there and frustrated by societal apathy towards humanitarian aid, he becomes obsessed with making his voice heard, ultimately contemplating an extreme act to provoke change. This taut narrative challenges readers to consider the fine line between justice and fanaticism.
