During a school field trip to the Wetlands Unlimited marsh near Milligan Creek, best friends Matt, Chad, Dean, and Andrew hatch the idea of creating their own pirate radio station by hijacking a local radio signal. As they broadcast their show late at night for their own amusement, it unexpectedly gains underground popularity. However, their excitement turns to concern when their secretive operation catches the attention of both Wetlands Unlimited and the police.
