Book 2 - Euterpe

Herodotus' "Histories" is a seminal work of classical literature that chronicles the unification of Greek city-states in their struggle against the Persian Empire. While this epic battle serves as the central theme, Herodotus' inquisitive nature also leads him to explore a variety of captivating topics, including the wonders of Egypt and mythical tales of dog-headed men.
