In 1992 Los Angeles, amidst the chaos of burning neighborhoods, Noah Valentine, owner of Pinx Video, discovers a shocking tragedy after visiting the camera shop of his late friend Guy Peterson, who perished in a fire. As his downstairs neighbors lend their inquisitive support, Noah begins to suspect that Guy’s death may not have been an accident, leading him into a web of intrigue.
