RJ Banks, a 20-year-old with psychic abilities, uses her dreams to aid the World Security League in tracking down the most wanted criminals. Despite her skepticism about her gifts, her unique insights have proven effective, notably in locating a dangerous cult leader. As she seeks to apprehend a murderous politician, a troubling dream about herself and terrorists on a plane prompts her to reconsider her travel plans to Florida for her parents' anniversary. Concerned for her safety, her supervisor recommends hiring a bodyguard, leading her to the wary Wyck Hardy, who doesn't believe in her psychic talents.
