Hannibal: Enemy of Rome

In the aftermath of the First Punic War, the young Carthaginian general Hannibal seeks revenge against Rome, entangling the lives of two boys: Hanno, the son of a Carthaginian soldier, and Quintus, the son of a Roman landowner. A disastrous turn of events leads to Hanno being sold into slavery, where he is purchased by Quintus's father. Despite forming an unexpected friendship with Quintus and his sister, Aurelia, the ongoing conflict between their empires ultimately drives them apart, setting the stage for a dramatic confrontation in battle.
