When the Grits Hit the Fan

Robbie, who hosts dinners for Indiana University's Sociology Department, quickly discovers that academic gatherings can be rife with hostility, particularly due to the contentious Professor Charles Stilton. After a public argument between Stilton and graduate student Lou, tensions escalate when Stilton is found frozen under ice, leading police to suspect Lou of murder. Determined to prove her friend's innocence, Robbie delves into local gossip about Stilton's past while developing her own thesis on the case, putting her own safety at risk in the process.
