The Hallelujah Trail

Set in the late 1800s, The Hallelujah Trail chronicles a chaotic journey of 80 freight wagons carrying an unusual cargo of 2700 cases of French Champagne and 1600 barrels of Philadelphia Whisky from Julesburg to Denver. As U.S. Army Colonel Thaddeus Gearheart attempts to manage the security of this "secret" train, he faces a comical array of characters, including greedy businessmen, a thirsty Indian chief, and a determined group of temperance advocates. The tale unfolds into a spectacle of misadventures, highlighting the whimsical challenges of the Old West.
