Safe Harbor

After witnessing her friend's murder and facing betrayal from her protectors, Julia turns to Justin Harbor, an old friend of a fallen marshal, for refuge. Although hesitant, Justin is determined to keep her safe from the mobster pursuing her and confronts his own troubled past.
