In 1961 Havana, CIA agent Blackford Oakes embarks on a high-stakes mission to meet Che Guevara as part of President Kennedy's Operation Alligator, aimed at easing Cold War tensions. Unexpectedly, Oakes finds himself caught in a perilous international plot, where communist forces plan a chilling double-cross.
