City Slicker

In "Clancy of the Outback," eleven-year-old Clancy navigates life at his uncle's sheep station, Overflow Station. The story introduces Brutus and Butters, Clancy's canine companions, as he learns the ropes of country living with the help of Little Bill. During an adventurous tour of the property in an old ute, Clancy's confusion leads to a disastrous driving experience, ultimately forcing him to walk back home. Exhausted from the day's events, he faces a vivid nightmare about becoming a racing car driver.
