Why the Sparrow Cries

Harper, who dislikes crowds and humanity, finds herself reluctantly spending a summer in London with her overbearing mother. However, her life takes an unexpected turn when she encounters Homer, a teen from the Greek Dark Ages, at the British Museum. Together with her uncle, they must navigate challenges, including evading the authorities and a nefarious ex-archeologist, while attempting to return Homer to his rightful time. As Harper confronts her emotional barriers, she grapples with the possibility of opening her heart to someone for the first time since a traumatic incident in her past.
